Our current project and our biggest to date. Through careful design we’re taking this unmodernised ex-Guesthouse and creating a 14 bedroom, 14 bathroom professional co-living HMO; the majority coming with their own kitchen facilities.

Own very first mini - HMO, taking a 1 bedroom semi-detached Victorian cottage and creating a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom high-end professional co-living space.
