Our very first project and the reason we became hooked on property development. Having scoured the market closely during maternity leave, we knew our numbers and jumped on this opportunity without even viewing it. Speed enabled us to be ahead of other offers and was the key to securing this deal. What we saw was the potential to open up the two separate flats into a duplex, by knocking through the ceiling slab and joining them together to create a family home - which were in high demand. We soon progressed to purchase, and despite the difficulties of navigating a renovation in Hong Kong we achieved our goal.
