Having gained confidence in the success of our first project we were ready to take on something bigger. Following the same proven process we simply did it again on a larger scale.  Intrinsically knowing our investment area and knowing our numbers was again key to securing this project in the right location at the right price - confident that there was enough profit in the deal.

We took a rundown, and heavily subdivided, cramped property that was home to a multi-generational family and stripped it back to brick, removing all internal walls and starting from scratch with the layout. This included creating larger windows and bi-fold door openings to let in the green mountain view and streams of natural light. Sourcing materials was straightforward as we were able to utilise the contacts we had built from the previous project.
